So my first question is what the hell is an “auto” batting glove?  Sounds like something from ‘Robocop’.   Secondly, DNA testing?!  Third, why is Beaner0168’s approval rating only 78?  And finally, why must you SHOUT about your sale item?

The best team in the NLE is having trouble with the Marlins. Arizona lost last night 14-4.  Ross gets the start with a left handed pitcher and Fredi bats him 8th in the batting order. After two intentional walks to Ross they finally have to pitch to him and Cody hits a 3 run Homer. Get a clue Fredi. Ross should never bat 8th in the order. …………..

Well they got tripped up on the way. It was a good game until the sixth inning when all heck broke loose. Go to some other site to get the wrap of the game. The good news is Cody goes two for four on the day with a double and a single. We don’t want to talk about the play at third when Cody got thrown out. Looks like Ross will platoon with Hermida in right field for now. Cody gets the start when there is a left handed pitcher starting. You know I love the way Willingham is playing left field but he also does not hit left handed pitchers. Could Fredi put Ross in left and right field? Oh, by the way the Marlins lost today 10-4. I find it interesting that Benitez did not pitch today. An interesting fact: Glavin got his 300th win the other day with a great induction before the game. Glavin makes 7 mil a year. Benitez makes 9 mill. Go figure that one out……..

I just love writing posts like this against the almighty Mets. With their billion dollar payroll and leading the NLE, the next to last place Marlins have won two in a row against the gold Mets. Tonite bad boy Scott Olsen pitches a good game. The backup man Ross starts in right field against Glavin. Ross goes one for three with a walk and scores two runs. Cody gets an assist throwing out Reyes at home plate. Our home boy kicks butt when he starts. Cody pulled a fly ball out of the stands and throws a rocket to home plate to throw out Reyes going from third to home. Marlins win 7-5. Kevin Gregg picks up his 27th save. Hammer gets his first grand slam and the boys looked like a team tonite. The good news is Ross will start tomarro for the third and final game against the Mets. Cody also got the news that he will platoon with Hermida in right field starting against left handed pitchers. Lets play some balllllllllllll……….

It is very frustrating to see Cody sit, sit and sit the bench. I also hate to see the star player of the Marlins get hurt. But I guess that was the only way Ross was going to get into the game with a righthander pitching. Cabrera got hit by a pitch in the 4th and came out of the game with a bruised elbow. Wala, Amezega fills in at third and Cody goes into Centerfield.

First at bat Ross lines an RBI double down the third base line. Gee was that a right handed pitcher? Ross gets a sac RBI  another single and a stolen base. Thats what I call bench power brother. We all hope Miguel is ok and maybe Fredi took notice to what Ross can do. His numbers are stellar at this point….. Let the kid play Gonzo………
