Marlins end Spring training with a win over the Reds 6-2
Ross went 1-2 today and made an outstanding catch in centerfield. The Reds announcers even mentioned it. Had to have been good. Gee, seems like Ross is playing a little more in Centerfield as of late. Marlins have a day off and then its opening day in Washington against the Nationals on Monday. Finally. Play ball.
Even though the thought of being a major league ball player was a dream that will never happen, I am now having second thoughts about it ever being a dream… more like a nightmare!
After “living” the dream through Cody, thanks to Dave and Robin, and seeing the turmoil and uncertainties that he and his family “live” day to day…I think I want to change my dream. I want one with a little more job security, like hand feeding white sharks. Randy.
