4 Straight Home Runs

April 22nd, 2007 — article by

Ross Hits 440-Foot HomerI hope someone else besides me saw that tonight. Red Sox hit 4 homeruns in a row, which has happened only once before in the 60s. It was crazy. I know that has nothing to do with Cody, but it’s baseball baby!

To finish this off lets put in the 440-foot homer Cody jacked against the Nationals.

 They swept the Yanks. First time at home to do that since 1990. Not bad. Their pitching looks great, and as long as they can stay healthy I think their chances are good this year. Cody’s friend and old teamate J.D. Drew is tearing it up as well. Actually, I need to correct myself on this post. The 4 homer in a row game has been done 4 or 5 times (Dodgers did it with JD Drew in the mix; last year I think), but it’s the first time since the 60’s all four came off of the same pitcher.
